This has been another full year in transition. I think it ended on a very high note with our 44th annual Lewis Tolkien Society dinner. We are thankful for so much. Not least for each and every one of you and for your continued support. And I want to offer special thanks to our new facilities partner, The Cambridge School of Dallas, and our deep gratitude to the James L. and Mary D. MacFarlane Charitable Foundation for their continued generosity.
We look forward to many new and exciting programs in 2026. These will include our annual memorial John Henry Newman, Thomas Howard, and Thomas More lectures, a variety of new courses with new and expanded teachers, and special Text & Talk related series with many scholars new to the Society, as well as our monthly Readers of First Things (“ROFTERS”). News about 2026 plans will be forthcoming soon into the New Year! Please keep an eye out and make plans to join us as often as you can. And please consider a donation if you can.
